Legal information on Terms and conditions
1. You must have a confirmed reservation booked through BarceloPro.com or through the Call Center.
2. The rate conditions must totally match the conditions of the rate booked on BarceloPro.com*:
- same details: hotel, room type, number of guests, dates of stay, and length of stay.
- And same conditions of: currency, sale, payment, conditions applying to changes to/cancellation* of the booking, etc.
* In the event of cancellation and/or modification policies not coinciding, we shall maintain a more stringent policy.
3. You must send your request within 24 hours of your purchase and at least 24 hours before your arrival at the hotel.
4. A screenshot of the cheapest rate found on another website, including the date and time of this rate, must be included.
5. The customer has a 24-hour time limit for sending the match request.
6. If the cheaper Internet rate is for a multi-night reservation, the guarantee covers the final price of the entire reservation, not the rates for each individual night.
7. The cheaper rate found will be net of taxes associated with the city/country in question or other taxes associated with the room rate.
8. The total difference found on another site must be more than €5. In case the difference in price is more than 25%, and unless prohibited by law, Barceló Hotel Group reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer and the terms and conditions at any time, at its sole discretion.
9. When a request for a price match is made on a weekend, i.e., starting on Friday at 4:00 p.m. (GMT+2/+1 according to summer/winter time), the price match may be delayed until Monday (GMT+2/+1 according to summer/winter time).
Exclusions to the best online rate guaranteed
We firmly stand by our commitment to offer the best online rate guaranteed. Likewise, we are committed to establishing certain basic rules and limitations to be able to guarantee the best online rate. In these cases, the best price guaranteed will not be applied and therefore the price match request will not be accepted:
1. Bookings made through a channel that does not belong to BarceloPro.com or any other non-designated channel, except for the Call Center.
2. Rates available on non-transparent websites. In other words, sites where the hotel brand, full name, exact location, category, or any other specific details are unknown until the booking is made.
3. Rates pertaining to so-called promotional packages, i.e., those hotel packages or travel packages that may include hotel, airfare, car rental, food, and beverage, or other similar packages or services.
4. Rates that are not guaranteed publicly: negotiated rates, group rates, company rates, etc.
5. Bookings made via private sales clubs or those that require registration.
6. Rates that contain errors on their website at the time of checking the quote or making the booking.
7. Rates with prepaid vouchers.
8. Bookings made within 24 hours before arrival at the hotel.
9. Discrepancies in the rates due to fluctuations, rounding up, or differences in currency exchange fees.
10. Rates from BarceloPro.com that already have exclusive group benefits (meetings, events, conventions, or conferences), including special services and discounts.
11. The best price guarantee does not apply to hotels in Cuba.
